Return Policy

  • If you provide the wrong shipping information we are not liable for any orders shipped to the wrong address. If you send the wrong shipping address please contact customer service ASAP and provide the correct shipping information. 

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges

  • Once the order is marked as delivered by usps we are no longer liable for your order

  • When the order is marked as delivered by usps please check your mailbox, front door, or post office immediately.

  • If an issue occurs with your order please contact customer service within 48 hours for assistance (shopthepinkfluff@gmail.com)

  • Orders will be sent USPS.

  • All orders will be shipped every Monday, Wednesday , & Friday.
